What are the advantages of a customer account?

A customer account with Profeline is obligation free, without charge and offers you certain advantages:

•You don’t have to re-enter your details for future purchases.
•You can access your data anytime and change it.
•You can view your order and corresponding order status.

Will my customer data be stored?

Once you have opened a customer account, the data you shared, such as name, address, email address are stored. This way you can sign-in in the future with your email address and place an order without having to re-enter all your information.
You can revoke access to all your stored data at any time by deleting your customer account from within the membership section.
Sensitive data such as credit card information is not stored. The input of these details takes place on a secure page provided by the institute charged with the payment.

Are my personal details protected at Profeline?

The safety of your data and the protection of your privacy is our highest priority.

We use the so-called “Secure Socket Layer" SSL protocol to transfer your customer and order information. The information transmitted with this extremely secure method is encrypted with 256-bit.

I forgot my password, what now?

If you have forgotten your password you can just request a new password.

How can I change my personal details?

Click on “My Account” and log in with your email address and password. You will see an overview of your personal details and how you can change it.

How do vouchers work?

If you would like to redeem a voucher, please type your voucher-code into the field inside your shopping basket (please make sure not to leave blank spaces).

There are the following differences between vouchers:
Promotional vouchers can be used only once per customer, unless stated otherwise, and have limited validity.
A personal voucher is issued to a specific person and there is no expiration date.

The voucher value will be deducted immediately from your purchase amount. Please always note the voucher conditions prior to redeeming, such as validity date and minimum purchase value.

Tips on redeeming:
-If the value of your shopping basket stays below the value of the voucher, the remaining value of the voucher is forfeited.
- Only one voucher per order may be used.
- A retrospective voucher discount on past orders is not possible.

Can I exchange my voucher for the equivalent cash value?
Exchanging a voucher for its cash value or retrospective discount on past orders is not possible.

Please note: The voucher is only posted after receipt of payment.

How is the gift voucher posted? Can I also hand over a gift voucher in person?

We send the gift voucher to the address specified by you, this way you can personally hand over the gift voucher.

The minimum order value is 20 EUR..
For Switzerland 100 EUR

Can I change or cancel my order after I have sent it?

Once your order has shipped, it can unfortunately no longer be changed.

To which countries does Profeline ship / deliver?

Profeline delivers to almost all EU countries and Switzerland. The individual countries and the corresponding shipping charges can be found on the page "Shipping charges"

Which parcel service do you use?

Within Germany you can choose between DHL and DPD. In all other countries and Switzerland we ship with DPD..

With DHL delivery takes place between Monday and Saturday – depending on the parcel size delivery to a packstation is also possible. If you are not at home for your delivery, your order will be placed at your nearest post office – your delivery driver will notify you accordingly.

With DPD delivery takes place between Monday and Friday. DPD carries out up to three delivery attempts (country specific). If the first delivery is not successful, you will receive written notification in your mailbox. This way you’ll learn of the unsuccessful first delivery attempt.

Can I have the order delivered to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, every delivery can be delivered to the address of your choice, e.g. your place of work.

Do you send orders cash on delivery?

No, shipping orders for cash on delivery is currently not possible.

You may cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Will I be notified when the order is shipped??

Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. It will also display the number of parcels you should expect and the corresponding parcel numbers.
